Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

As we begin preparing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, Kashi Vogue cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage.

Kashi Vogue reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed, packed, customised, or dispatched.

5. Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled and approved by Kashi Vogue, the applicable refund will be initiated through the original method of payment.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment method.

6. Cancellation by Kashi Vogue

Kashi Vogue reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Inventory discrepancies
• Incorrect product pricing
• Payment failure or verification issues
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Technical or administrative errors

In the event that Kashi Vogue cancels a prepaid order, the applicable refund will be processed through the original method of payment.
